Many might have noticed a new resident to the city, a bleak man void of compassion and as serious a disposition as can be had. The man is never seen with out a mask, and most of the time he stands housed in a suit of black and grey platemail adorned with skulls and symbols of a skeletal hand holding a gold balance scale.

The apperance of the following flyers could, by anyone of modest intellect be linked to this mans arrival, for he speaks often on such matters as contained within.

The flyers are made of parchment colored to accent the ash colored writing that says the following.

-Of Judgement
*Judge not blindly the living
*Judge not lest ye be judged
*Judge only those who deserve it.
*Accept the results of your judgement, true or false.
*Accept others rights to pass judgement on you at the moment you judge them.
*Trust in your gods ability to guide you, be they evil or good for they are the keepers of balance.

-Of Death.
*Mourn not those who are dead or dieing, for they approach true immortality.
*Seek not to delay the passage of the dieing, to do so is to prolong their suffering and deny them their final rest.
*Do not seek to send others to their end before they are called by Kelemvor, to do so is to reach yours first.
*Let the departed lie, for to disturb them is to dishonor and deny them of a reward they spent many years aquireing.
*Do not defile the bodies of those who have passed, for they are the pinnacles of perfection, for they feel no pain, sorrow and suffer not the afflictions of the living.

-On Undead and Necromancy.
*Undead are the products of those who would defy natural order, purge them where and when ever they are found.
*Do not traffic with the undead nor those who create them with out permission, to do so is to accept damnation when you are finally called to his realm to account for your life.
*To raise the undead with out Kelemvors permission is the greatest act of malice against all that is life and death, doing so will forfeit your right to a fair judgement, and your right to be claimed by your god.
*Dabble not with Negative Energy lightly, for it leaves a mark upon body and soul, of which the only cure is a true death and the purgeing of the body by holy fire.
*Seek not to become undead except in servitude to Kelemvor, to do so is to draw the wrath of this servants, who shall decend upon you with mace and sword to break your unnatural body as they purge it, and your soul with holy fury.

Valenfor DarkLeaf stands quietly in the bazar relaxing waiting for his next enchantment request and watching the people of Sigil wondering about. It does not take long before the sheet of parchment catches his eye. He wonders over to the tacked notice with a careless saunter and then as soon as he starts to read it he stiffens. His once relaxed face twists into a snarl behind the black mask that he wears most of the time. His green eyes flair with anger and his pale blue skin started to turn purple.

The elf uttered a word in draconic. It was a low growl that came from him and a portle of black energy opened next to him and stepping out of it was a very sultry vampire. Her ears were pointed as well, her skin as pale blue as the elf she stood next to and her eyes were a bright red. Their glowing gaze fell upon the bald elf. " And here I thought that we had left all of that nonsence behind Katrina.... You will stand next to my side at all times.... We will weed the opressor out and we will of course be forced to defend ourselves." He grinned at the vampire and she hissed showing her razor sharp fangs.

*shiv looks at the poster and cackles*

"em 'ave nice sense of fasion.....tis 'bout all..."

*throws a parchment up then a dagger through it chants and letters appear*

Faith is just a way to exploit and control, have faith in your self not these gods. Fear, suffering, and pain await all who bow down. They offer petty things with words yet little with action all the while putting out a hand. A beggar is more honest in their wares they offer nothing an accept anything. An agenda to take power by being lifted up by the poor and broken.

This an many other things the poster knows little about.

Despite the opinions being thrown around in response to the literature being left around the area by the Kelemvorian, he seems unphased by it, nor does he seem upset or to have ruffled feathers by others who try to counter act his words with their own insults or ideals.

He does though after a rather well worded and neutral minded conversaton with a certain authority figure, add a statement to the flyers.

Just above the tenents of judgements he posts.

*This is not a call to arms against the undead, this is not an attempt to incite chaos in the streets of sigil, the words within are simply aimed to help people achieve a smooth transition to their final rest.. The laws of the city includeing tolerance of those within its domain must be respected, the scriptures are merely guidance for those who wish to obtain a simple, peaceful and true slumber when they reach kelemvors realm.

*Those who posted notes on the flyers would find theirs torn down as well and replaced with.
*You are entitlted to your opinions, but we do not defile your literature on your beliefs do not defile ours for you waste nothing but ink and parchment.

A figure in a fine tabard slips silently from a narrow alleyway in the Lower Ward, the only sound of her passing the hissing slice of a portal closing in the darkness behind her. Glancing to the side and expecting to see a certain flyer posted upon the wall, she seems taken aback at finding another posted atop her own. But even as her hand raises to tear it down, she pauses as something in the script catches her eye.

"Kelemvor's name again, is it? Very well, very well. Let us see whether judgement trumps prejudice, shall we? Wheels within wheels...."

Leaving the poster unmolested, Seethe steps into the flow of pedestrians upon the street.

When asked about the situation Valenfor DarkLeaf is heard saying "Can you believe that the zealot was spewing his drivle at me while I was trying to conduct business in the Bazaar? If he contunues to drive off my business like that I will of course be forced to lodge a formal complaint with the Harmonium." He then smirks.
