A note in the bazaar says:

_____________________________________
To any enchanter mages:

I would seek to enter an apprenticeship to learn the process of enchanting trinkets and things of metal with magic. I shall pay for your teaching if you require so. I possess an amount of sorcerous power and have knowledge of arcane and divine magic. Meet me in the Bazaar or at the Foule Inn if you want to teach me.

Signed,
Parolus Dervigar

OOC: I want to take craft items and armor/weapons feats in 2/4 levels. I would like to RP that my character learns how to do it. I play irregularly, so if you want to forum RP that is fine too.

*Piri gives a sly snort of laughter when she reads the notice*

'Jink an a slave ta do me stuffies fer a wee bit o effort at trainin' ta pass on ..heh...got ta check this fella out..wonder if he got nice long hair..hmm...'

*She scribbles upon the note*

Mister Parolus, I be a member of the Hegemony o Spell n Forge...I be interested in yer jink in exchange fer wot I knows...seek me out ta discuss terms. Ye can no miss me..I'm the pixie.

Piri

*and she flits off with a cheeky grin from ear to pointy ear upon her tiny face*

((OOC I play regularly but euro times, evenings as I work, sometimes I can do stuff during day via forum. You 'might' want to meet Piri first with your character before accepting her as trainer heh and consider if you prefer more 'serious' RP training over 'silly' :P I am easy either way and with other toons on the go, we might need to schedule stuff :) its all good, but wanted to respond to your IC request anyway))

Parolus sees Piri's reply and adds:

Greetings Piri, I would enjoy studying under you. We should meet to discuss terms.
Parolus Dervigar.

OOC I am in Europe but play irregular times due to work. Often I have evenings free too. If I see you in game I will send message. RP style can be silly if you prefer, I enjoy both.

((OOC:

hey smaragd! A warm welcome to crafting on the server. I would love to bother you and Pashan as you learn how to craft IC (with my pretentiously-named crafting character: The Artificer) but I wont be able to play the game until late Feb. due to real life reasons. Nonetheless - I look forward to seeing you when I return. Though I don't usually sell crafting materials to well-established crafters, I do so often when it comes to the up-and-coming ones.

I look forward to (eventually) seeing you around in game. For the time being, I hope you enjoy the server as much as Pashan and I do! ))

(( I wondered why you were not on so much Jach :( be sure to come rail road us all again when you get back in game in Feb. Sorry for going off IC topic here...*ends*))

Piri, seeing the response on the note, simply rubs her hands in glee and makes to fly about in the market place some more looking out for this....Mister Parolus.

Parolus meets Piri the pixie by chance in the bazaar. After brief introductions they come to the agreement that Parolus will train her in battle while Piri will show him the intricacies of enchanting weapons, armor and other things.

As his first task, Parolus is instructed to make a cold iron rapier by Karath'rok, the gith. Putting on a crafter's belt pouch he acquired recently and calling upon some spellpower to enhance his fairly measly skills, Parolus succeeds on the second try. He even puts some decorations on the finished weapon.

Although the customer seems to be happy with the end result, there is some commotion about price, which is too high for the man's taste compared to some other enchanter he knows and he leaves without buying enchantments on his new weapons. The day gets late, and another customer, a woman, becomes angry that she waited all this time but Piri and Karath'rok are tired and leave.
