OOC: neither adamantine nor mithril are in the server currently, and it's not decided if they ever will be (likely won't).

EDIT: Wait... if there is none of the above in the module, then why have I ran across mithril weapons? They haven't been removed from the loot tables.

There are very rare mithril armors and adamantine weapons (and I think less rare but almost useless mithril weapons and adamantine armors :P) in the loot lists, but they are not craftable now since the ingots do not drop. It's a great find, but you can't just make yourself one of those very powerful items.
