It was anti-peak in the Lower Ward, when only the street lanterns and flames of the Foundry lit the dusty city. Off duty, Charae entered the Lower Ward hooded and covered in a dark gray cloak. The dark elf moved through the streets with purpose. She stopped at the desired address and lifted a glowing blue crystal over the door sign to verify she had come to the right place.
