Neatly written flyers are posted in every well traveled spot within the city, some spots have posters less then five feet away from each other.

They simply state.

Raifael Degare was falsely imprisoned! He was indeed possessed and now that he is incarcerated the entity has left the man and now roams free! Protect yourself from domination! The creature took control of two people just the other day right in the middle of the bazaar!. Protect yourself and resport any unusual behavior coming from friends or loved ones!.
