Say, what does these plus fours and plus fives mean? So if I purchase one, I get four or five for free, aye?

((Mr. O, I can't believe you didn't recognize the shorthand of "tier" with a simple + sign. You'd think someone so rich is Sigil Lore wouldn't let something so simple slip by them. :P ))

((I'm simply making NPC question the plus five meaning. What does that tell to any person whom doesn't see the game mechanics in paper, but rather lives like a peasant? ;)
