Posted around the Grand Bazaar is a formal note from Amycus Thorne, planar cartographer, local Cipher, Hall of Record Clerk and makeshift merchant. It reads:

Dearest Ladies and Gentlemen of the Lady of PainÂ’s Sigil,

For those who are interested in a little more agility against many of the creatures we face while planewalking, I would like to announce that I am putting my fourth tier monk boots* up for auction. Not only do they offer excellent footing against foes, but theyÂ’ve also been enchanted with a fifth tier increase of a personÂ’s hardiness and endurance.

Due to the rarity of both the item and the gem used to enchant it (a KingÂ’s Tear was required), IÂ’m opening the bidding at 15,000 jink. However, IÂ’m also accepting rare items and fifth tier gems in trade, or any combination thereof (items, gems, and jink). All offers will be considered.

Please comment below what you would be willing to trade for the fourth tier monk boots. I will close the auction in three days.
