Selling Wondrous Kama

I'm selling this excellent weapon for monks and any other person familiar with the exotic arms.
Flash, a vastly accurate electric kama that has strong markings of the Elemental Plane of Electricity, which has a slight chance of making the opponent's muscles feel stiff, thus "slowing" them, increases the wielder's dexterity and reflexes decently by making him/her more of aware of the surroundings and allows them to attack with greater speed once a day, yet with this superior blade in their hands, one might feel things are too easy...
((Special properties:
Attack bonus: +5
Bonus feat: Improved Initiative
Damage bonus: Electrical 1d12
Enchantment bonus: +3
Enchantment bonus: Dexterity +2
Improved Saving Throws: Reflex +3
No Damage (I didn't mention this in the description, because honestly, I have no idea what it does, I'm guessing it means the 1d6 physical damage)
On hit: Slow DC=16 50%/2 rounds
Reduced Saving Throws: Will -3
Use: Haste (10) 1/day))
If per chance you are interested in acquiring this weapon, look for Tomekk Nightfire, who'll likely be drinking more then his elf guts can handle at Khazeet's bar.
