In the great bazzar a number of undead erect signs and fill chests under the dark green pavilion opposite the foul olde spirit. This does not provoke much of a reaction from the onlookers, Emila setting up her stall; The Little Shop of Horrors as the sign indicates it is called is a semi regular occurence and soon the usual advertisments offering magical items enchantmens and jink for bodies are put up. Today though there is a new sign.

Looking for merchants to aid in establishing a trading caravan to Thamtos enquire within.
From the back of the tent can be heard the clanging of a hammer as silver and cold iron are forged into weapons.

A man would approach her. He is dressed in silks and well sewn satins. Gold jewelry and thin chains rest easy on his hands and neck. A small gold pin on his lapel shows his membership in the Independent League. While wealthy, his attire is not outlandish (more akin to an expensive business suit). He notes the undead with little interest and browses what goods may be visible without actually discussing them or their value.
“Looking for merchants to aid in establishing a trading caravan to Thamtos are you? I might be interested.” He extends his hand, “Charles Goodman… of the Consortium”

It has been a long time since Annia Kendt was last seen in Sigil but Charles would be struck with a certain de ja vu. The stall ocuppies the same place as hers, the undead and the faction symbol of the dustman are visible.
"I am Mister Goodman, did you say your name was?"
She takes the offered hand her own grip is strong and so very very cold.
"I am Emila Valios and it is my intent to journey to Everlost in Thantos selling what that plane lacks. Living things mostly lumber livestock and mortal slaves as well as silver weapons for the blood war and cold iron ones for more local disputes."

He would look at her for a long moment, perhaps accessing some memory driven deep in his mind but for reasons only known to himself, he continues like this was just another meeting with a new client or partner.
“Everlost… Ambitious and dangerous to most caravans. Are you seeking to establish a permanent route or would this be a simple now and then endeavor? Do you have contacts waiting there or do you seek to simply wander into the area in the hopes they buy your wares?
Something else to consider as well… do you know of other merchants who currently ply their trade on that route and, if so, how likely they are to react to this ‘new found’ competition?”

While they are discussing a Quasit flutters by. It seems to notice the sign as well... and seeing it it eyes the pair with new curiosity from a stall nearby.

"The route is what intrests me. I have spoken to merchants who have come back from Thantos, they cannot reach Everlost they are assailed by the undead of the plane. Should we be able to negotiate or fight our way through, and I am much better equipped to do so than most we would find ourselves with a monopoly on goods from outside the plane."
Emila ignores the quasit focussing on one conversation at a time.

The little demon seems to be less interested in a conversation than in listening. And this is what it does, lurking around, keeping its distance.

Charles would ignore the little eavesdropper as well but would still keep half an eye on it.
"Interesting idea... but one would be foolish to simply invest in such an endevour without going there first to see if the market is worth the risk. Perhaps the two of us, maybe a merc or two... keep the unit small and quick, could make a trade journey to Everlost to gauge the profitablity of the place for ourselves? That way one isn't investing too much in the way of resources on a lost cause it it turns out to be a bust."

"It seems a sensible idea though I may wait for another investor as well so we can be sure to appeal to wider share of the market. What is it you sell Mister Goodman?"

"If you wish to await the input of others... that's fine. Just know that more hands mean more parts to pay and more shares to give.
As for what I sell? Mostly resources... foodstuffs, spices, liquors, raw ores, lumbers, textiles... most everything needed for people to live comfortably. It all comes from a particular Prime that I have exclusive access to. I'm sure I can help you supply any Trade deal you might broker. I no longer dabble in specific things. Crafted items, processed items. That is for more particular traders"
