In The Lady's Ward

After the recent fire destroyed his room in the Inn, Fargul decides to look for a new place to stay. While staying momentary in the house of a friend he notices the Dragon Buffet in the Lady's Ward, with no one present and quickly decides to post a note at the entrance:
"I, Fargul Bernadotte, am interested in buying this etablissement from the owner. I offer 30,000 jink. Please contact me at the following adress."
