Given the apparent new fight having danger of starting up, the Harmonium has taken measures to ensecure the safety of Hive Civilians. They quickly put up a make-shift shelter within the most barricaded terrain at the Hive and started to put up tents, signs and assign heavy guards around the zone. For temporal time they are providing food and shelter for those that wishes it. However any known Anarchists are quickly apprehended and brought to barracks for later trials incase they intend to enter the small fortification.
While it's called a fortification, it really is just set of walls and buildings with small yard between them.
The Harmonium welcomes any small contribution for the civilians, such as blankets, food supplies or anything else to make their time more comfortable in this time.

The Harmonium has taken different approach regarding the incoming troubles, we can't have a strong enough force all around Hive so we have instead made a shelter that we defend with main force. Peace will be secured, but the civilian lives are our main concern, we urge the Hivers to seek a temporary shelter either within their Factions Halls, other wards or the Harmonium fortification within Hive Ward. However we remind that any criminal activity will still be prosecuted accordingly during these times of troubles.
Anyone not part of the Anarchists or Mercykillers will be prosecuted for act of assault incase they join the fight. The Harmonium will not allow any vigilantism to blow this already major disaster out of proportion. Peace will be recovered.
