Sigil: City of Doors

4 hours after peak, a darkly clad woman carrying a large bundle of papers and books enters the Hall of records, moving to a table in the back to wait for her student to arrive, if he was not already there.

When her partner showed (also robed and hooded), she bagan laying out a set of notes for him, and started her lecture.

"First of all....there is grammar. I've laid out the basics on that sheet." Anticipating her student's nod, she continues,"Of itself, it should not be very difficult. The etiquette is what we will focus on, since a lack of it is usually disastrous."

"The Drow are obsessed with status and power. As such, all, even the lowliest, expect to be refered to by their proper title - be it simply "male" or Ulathtallar- High Priestess of Arach-Tinilith, the temple of Lloth and Academy for apsiring Priestesses- Yathrin." She hands yet another sheet of paper to her student. "This is a list of most common titles, as well as other notes on etiquette."

She continues in this fashion for around and hour or two, and at the end of the session, she hands him a few sheets of exercises for practice. Then as she gathers up her things, she gives a pleasent nod of farewell, stepping back into the Sigilian streets.

*Still researching various components, Vara is intrigued and lingers in the background not wanting to interrupt the two as they study as she goes about returning books to their previous places.

However, after several minutes of over hearing the topic and nature of their discussion, she walks over herself holding a stack of papers and a ink well along with a quill pen. She takes a seat from a nearby table and sits down, absorbing what Isonade has to say*

*Several times during the lecture a large pair of green buttocks appear pressed against a nearby window. They may or may not be noticed, yet most likely they are ignored.*

*The next day the buttocks appear again... but this time there are two eyes painted on one buttock and the orc is lying down on the grassy verge outside the window and vigorously shaking his buttocks open and closed making his arse crack look like a talking mouth. His muffled words behind the glass are in orcish of course. Who know what's going on up there. Due to the hieght of the window and the insulation the muffled gibbering of the orcs backside is dismissible by any with decent willpower.*
