Cool, didn't know your Paladin was also RDD. Thats similar to Purity... she is going to take DC levels for the last 10 as well... let me guess, yours also?

As I said to you via PM and just to clarify for others, the dream shows a possible future, not something that is happening right now, unless a bunch of players spontaneously decide to go there and a DM spawns some non-hostile creatures there. Who knows, people may start making pilgrimages there... could be start of a religious type movement in Sigil :o

The dream says to look for the sign of the Dragon, meaning, we need to wait for Drakos to gain a level... or some usurper of a player who already has a Druid with Dragon Shape... or a Dragon Character, although not seen either on the server so far. Or a DM who wants to mess with me... always a possibility :D

Dunno tbh sorc/pally/RDD and....dunno lol, maybe DC but will be years before I get there..I haven't thought beyond really. Beth is currently around 15 or 16 and only comes out for a tinker or two heh

I'm in no rush for anything, will join in with what and where I can, forum or ingame. Am hopeful of a lil dragon ish RP or an excuse for a gathering that piri can mess abit with :) as and when.

Just had a funny thought - what if there is an inn in Sigil with a sign of a Dragon... or some priestly order or something that has a dragon associated with it. The place could find itself besieged by dreamers thinking it is the sign spoken of. :o

Well, if it is an Inn then at least there will be a party and possibly some dancing naked :D

Anyone will be able to come to the grove for rest and relaxation. Anyone will be able to become part of the community there (as long as they can survive the journey or hire an escort... a level 1 character could possibly make it through without help if they ran through the grasslands and grove)

However, Orc's in general would probably have a problem fitting in unless they are Druids, or just possibly Rangers, depending on their temperament. Orcish Dragon followers who wished to join would highly likely be very egotistical and disruptive to the harmony of the Grove and quickly find themselves banished.

The grove itself will be of a natural alignment, ie: unconcerned with good/evil or law/chaos (so true neutral is probably most representative), but saying that, harmony and peace will be key within the grove. Anyone who desires to rend and tear with tooth and claw can do it outside the grove.

But, if you want to see lots of naked hot pixelated sprites then feel free to come. Clothing will most definitely be optional. :o

EDIT: Oh yes, before anyone gets ideas about the whole nakedness thing, this is about nature, not about hardcore orgies. It will be fine for people to "frolic" within the grove, but anyone wanting to RP something explicit will be expected to go "behind the bushes" as it were.

Thanks to all who joined the party in Carceri last night. Only 5000 XP to go now, so soon should be able to kickstart the story for real.

I have some ideas how the Grove can be the starting point for some RP sessions and quests, especially for those of the appropriate classes/races.

Sorry no XP can be granted though unless a DM happens to be around. But i'm sure I can offer jink or lesser items as quest rewards for players.

Also there may be some of you out there with characters who will oppose the grove, or the idea of it, or take a dislike to the "whole bloody bunch of hippy fariy shaggers", and may wish to cause problems or actively seek to stop the creation/development of the commune. Feel free to get involved in this way as well. If you want my assistance in this, discuss ideas, or need to tip me off in some way (to assist with your planned RP) as to what you are planning then send me a PM.

For example, while certainly not a faction, and will welcome members from almost any faction, some factions may be uneasy with it existing so close to a portal to Sigil, and send spies to the grove. Or start to spread rumours that the Dragon only has the commune in order to lure the unsuspecting to its lair where it will eat them (the whole nakedness hippy thing is just so the clothes and armour do not get stuck in its teeth). Use your imagination.

Not the picture i wanted, i remember an image from Dragon Magazine where the male dragon is frantically trying to stop his mate from putting a knight in armour into the microwave.

Dragon form gained... and quite amusing it was when i finally got it. I'll post about this IC. Suffice to say, the story can now start to progress once Drakos gets a few things sorted.
