Xujja shows up and catches the factotum while he is between meetings and on his way past where Xujja is waiting at the reflecting pool on the upper floor of The Festhall.

'Factotum, I got to visit the prisoner earlier today and he seems most comfortable sharing secrets with us after his stay with The Red Death. While I am sure you will get the body of his information shortly there are a few things I specifically asked their torturers to work on and they should be sharing those details with you shortly'

'First is the matter of his prisoners master. He working hard to keep trouble causing elements of their society beaten down and apparently he is been kept busy with this. The prisoner claims his master has to make somewhat regular rounds of their wards, and the Mercykillers are speaking with him in detail about that schedule and I am sure somewhere in there you can discern a good time and place for a team of killers to surprise him'

'The second subject the Mercykillers will be speaking to him about is the source of their cities food. We have the Temple of Hermes, and they certainly dont have any farms over there so they must have something similar. If their food source can not be poisoned it needs to at least be destroyed. Attacking these resources early on is key to winning a long term war, they already no doubt have a lot of food distributed for the short term and they are no doubt doing their best to strip our Outlands for food.. but if we have to fight them more than a month then we will be glad we did this sooner than late'

'The last thing I would mention is not from the prisoner, but theres talk of some intelligence needed for our front line soliders and their struggle for Giphon's Crossing. Some of us should certainly see to tending those intelligence needs directly.'

'These things all need to be done pretty soon, and probably close enough to within the same timeframe that it isnt reasonable to send one agent on more than one task at once. I volunteer to fit in where you need me but I suspect some Sigilians may balk at destroying or poisoning food. I wont'

//FYI, we can run the event to apprehend Inquisitor Aidan Wednesday Night at 7pm US Central TIme if I have 4-6 people for it. Let me know here or on Discord! We probably don't want over 6 people since it is a stealthy sort of mission.

Gatecrashers who don't go on this mission will get to go on the next one.

Tavia, upon hearing of the next mission to apprehend Inquisitor Aidan, made her way to the Civic Festhall to find Factotum Da'nanin. The elf volunteered to help with the job.

Tallia Donari, another member of the Society of Sensation, approaches Factotum Da'nanin with a request.

"As a scholar of some renown, I have been collecting works related to The Blinks, Red Sigil, The dead god Aoskar, and Fargullen prophecies. It's come to my attention that the community of Red Sigil is in possession of a book that would be invaluable to my research. It is known as the 'Book of the Crimson Dawn'. If you come across it, or can make a priority seeking one out, it would be of the utmost value to me.

I'm prepared to accept any and all tomes you can find there, as there is much to be learned. A copy of 'Book of the Crimson Dawn' is a priority though."

*She bows after making the request, and after standing shows a pouch.* "I can't offer much, but I'm prepared to offer some of my own meager funds if it would help spur gatecrashers to my cause." ((I can post a small reward, maybe 8 cogs? It's not much but Im not wealthy))

An old man limps into the Festhall, the click of his cane muffled by the plush carpets. After a brief discussion with one of the namers, he makes his way toward an office on the second floor.

"Da'nanin, Da'nanin... Ah."

He lifts a fist, and raps twice on the door with the back of his knuckles.

"Tumbled to chant yer peery fer a couple'a rubes wiv a knack fer gates, eh? Well, d'spite me bettah judgement, I've gone an' wound up curious. Let me know when it's time, eh?"

Word around the Festhall (and reported to the Council of Factions) is that the Gatecrashers apprehended "Inquisitor Aidan" from the other side. He is being transported to the Prison for holding and further questioning.

A few days later, the Mercykillers reported the results of their initial questioning to the Council of Factions: see here

Factotum Da'nanin calls for a Gatecrasher team to escort a member of the Diplomacy team into the Alternate Cage. The goal? To make contact with the Bleak Cabal, who are not thought to be entirely friendly with the Crimson Dawn. The team will need to get Alios to the other Gatehouse, and back, without alerting the Crimson Dawn or running afoul of checkpoints.

//The plan is to run this Wednesday night at 7pm (US Central TIme) if people can make it then. Again, a group of 4-6 would be ideal! Let me know here or on discord if you would like to participate.
