Sigil: City of Doors

The Iron Tusk has had a lot of history and undergone a lot of trials in it's time but the current phase of it's existance is a return to it's origins. Orcs from Sigil, and the planes gathering in a small tribal gang like structure within the Hive ward in the vacinity of the portal to Nishrek, the orcish pantheon's homeworld in the plane of Acheron.

From here there is a focus amongst the members of the tribe to establish ourselves as hive residents, bringing orcs in the Hive and Sigil as whole together in unity to look after one another and use our collective strength as a race to venture out into the planes and gather that which makes us stronger.

The Iron Tusk is also a large tribe based on Nishrek some travel from the portal but for RP purposes there can be a great deal of interaction with that world for interest and activity and opportunities within the player group.

The current chapter begins with the goings on in the Hive Ward evolving around the opportunity presented by Neli La Meor's E-Now project.

The orcs have a construction underway to build a kind of safehouse where orc bloods of the hive can gather and find a place for themselves and also earn a living in Sigil.

One afternoon, Warchief Vorgazar calls a gathering of all the Orc bloods who were raised from the orphanage in the hive, he calls upon those recruited in Sigil into he tribe, he calls upon those who came from the orcs of undersigil and joined the tribe when they resided there and lastly he calls upon the orc bloods of the hive who will come and take their place in the tribe.

He gathers the orcs in and around the construction site where there appears to be plenty of food cooking at any given time and always a supply of ale.

"Bluudz, I call youz here nowz cos thingz is happenin and we need to be togetha and supportin each other. Da Iron Tusk has had a hard time in da past but we have a chance now to be somefink and to make a change to how orcs live in dis shyte hole neighbourhood.

It don't look like much and it might be on da edge of da slagz but over der not many paces from us is da boneyard pond and dats where da portal to Nishrek is and to our home, da place our godz live and walk beside us.

Those of youz who is da best, da toughest, got da skillz and maybe even da bluud of a shamanz in youz, youz who can make shyte happen and be of werf in dis tribe, I will call youz Tus'Kor, da elite of da Iron Tusk. Anyone can earn dis place in da tribe and is a status of respeck amongst orcs. If I call youz as a Tus'kor youz represent me, da Warchief when I not around. Dats big boots and trust me if youz fook it up and make me look bad I will deal wif youz personal like.

We got some agenda's to fulfil if shyte is gonna werk out for us in da days ahead.

I need dis buildin complete and I need it tough and built strong enough dat it can survive werse den a bomb goin off in it, worse den a siege and bein smashed into by armies of golums and hit by big fookin spellz, I need it tough enough dat orcs can live in it, dats how fookin tough i need it to be and I know youz fookers well, give a orc a house and it's fallin down in a week so we need dis one to be rediculous tough.

Inside we gonna have da aberttoir for keeping in it all da meat we gonna hunt out in da planes. Out da front we gonna have market stall where we can sell da meat and also a cookin kitchen where we can sell cooked meat for fookers who can't handle eatin it da proper wayz. We gonna sell all of dis cheap, so hivers can afford food and dats gonna make us jink and dems happy. Jink to pay youz for all da huntin and other werk youz can does out in da planes.

I want places to sleep inside and I want roomz for da kids, da orphan and lost orc bluud kids of da hive who don't got no place to go. We gonna take dems in and raise dems to be real orcs, to be Tus'Kor. Make dems strong, makes dems street wise.

We need a storage space for other craps too like thingz we find out der in da planes. For now dats just gonna be buildin resources for da E-Now project, later it could be whutever youz get your hands on and crap we can trade and sellz.

If Neli wants somefink den youz help her okays. Dems people werkin on dat project is our brudder and sisters. Treat dems like dems wuz orcs. It's got to be da best fing in da multiverse to be friends wif da Iron Tusk and da werst fing ever to be our enemy.

We gonna bring in Iron from Nishrek and sellz dat too to smiffy's and other fookers. If ders miners amongst youz who want a job den get off to Nishrek and join da tribes iron minin back home.

If youz got ideas and want to get dems rollin just say and we can get youz help to does it. Anyfink dat betters da orcs of Sigil and da Iron Tusk will get any support I can get for youz.

If factions want to deal wif us send dems my way and I'll handle dat sort of fing. Join factions too if youz want. I got no problem wif youz lot bein in factionz but da tribe is youz bluud, youz kin, youz family when youz come home at da end of da day.

Youz want nights out and a good time but not sure where is safe for orcs in da hive, Maelfina is a old friend of da Iron Tusk and her gerlz is da filthiest in Sigil. Get down her bar and spend youz jink. Dat place is plated wif iron we got her from back home so when youz is der youz is on orc land by my reckonin.

Now most important, shyte is sensitive right nowz, don't go wanderin around not in groups. Ders fookers in Sigil would see us dead and bein alone in da Hive ain't so good for da moment. Go around together, wear youz red hand on youz armour. Not take no shyte from anyone but be careful not to fall into trapz and shyte dats gonna make da tribe look bad in da Hive.

We are gonna does more for dis Hive den anyone could have imagined. When da shyte goed down, Da iron Tusk is gonna be da ones protecktin dese people.

If any orcs or bluudz want weaponz or armour den remember we look after our own. Myself and other tus'Kor got a lot of good shyte we will sell otherz for cheap. Every orc should be equipped. We want respeck in dis hive and remeber it ain't undersigil. Ders shyte we can't does up here."

After his long speach Vorgazar offers opportunity to the orc bloods gathered to give opinions and ask anything they need to ask. Mostly it's just a big barbeque and beer drinking party for the rest of the afternoon with occcasional brawls and bare fist fights for entertainment.

Donkey walks up to Vorgazar in the Hive ward whilst the Warchief is directing some orcs regarding watching the E-Now constructions whilst things are inactive.

The Ogrillion looks a little puffed out after a long day in the planes and drops down a large blood drenched sack. Donkey nods and waves his hand then huffs off to collapse nearby and drink a nice cold ale.

Vorgazar opens the sack and looks inside only to lurch backwards as he realises what's inside. Inside are approximately a hundred severed male genitalia from various races ranging from hobgoblin through to Baatzau and Tanar'ri. The warchief looks up and over at Donkey a little perplexed whilst Donkey waves and gives him a big double thumbs up.

Vorgazar nods back and then looks back at the bag shaking his head. He mutters to himself. "Must be some fookin ogrillion fing dat half orc fookerz don't get."

He tosses the sack to some orcs cooking meat nearby. "Fry dese in batter and sellz dem as sausage to da hive ward fookerz."

The housewife orcs of the Iron Tusk start their own business making Orc Plushie's since Plushies are so popular in Sigil at this current time.

Zaed would do what he can to find Vorgazar.

If he does, he would make a donation ((10,000 jink)) to their attempt to build their homes/Orphanage.

He would also offer his blacksmithing, Weaponsmithing and Armorsmithing services to them at a discount if they need his services.

For some undisclosed reason, Rith would buy a butt-load of the plushies from the Orcs.

The order goes out amongst the Orc bloods of the Iron Tusk:

"Do not give any takerz taxiz when dems ask, all youz taxis is done through da consortium, on paperz and writin in fancy books where dems werk it all out legals and shyte.

Takerz is still approachin us tryin to get a few jink out of us and if dems ask just show dems youz red hand tribe mark and tell dems, 'I is a Consortium, send da paperz werk to da tribe, it will be deal wif.'

I tell youz now dems won't give up but youz have made it clear and loud and all da rest of dems talkin to youz is to get trick youzself into gettin fined or some shyte so after youz said youz in da consortium just refuses to speak and ignore dems exist. Not get trick into sayin nuffink back or gettin annoyed wif dems, cos dems will fine youz for somefink.

Don't attack dems or beat dems up in da bazaar. If it really gettin all dat bad den we all know is our orcish rights to smash a fooker in da face, so just walk back to da hive and come to da meat parlor. If dems have been stupidz enough to follow, walk inside and shut da door after youz self. If dems is now still following youz and in da aberttoir wif youz and da rest of da orcs, do em like a pig and we sell dems meat wif da rest and dems skin to a drowz or squidface who likez dat sort of hide.

If youz done like I said and dese fookers is still throwin fines or taxiz at youz is fine, not worry about it, not get bother about it. Is all gonna come to da tribe and be done legal and through books at da end of da day. I couldn't give a fook how much any of it is, I just not like da idea of a orc handin over money on da street wifout a fight.

Vorgazelle takes the Vorg whelps off to see the sites in the Hive ward. The unusual orc younglings grow strangely fast and their appearance, while generally orcish, is marred by somewhat delicate features (possibly due to the Elven blood Vorgazelle refuses to acknowledge). Despite this they are among the most boisterous orc children around and none of the other children dare comment lest they lose a tusk or two to a Vorgling fist.

The rowdiest boy, Grunga, amuses himself by peeing on piles of materials used for construction.

"Fook sake, don't come cryin to me when youz get a splinter in youz todger," Vorgazelle smacks the young orcling upside the head. "Next time youz smear poo on somefing like a good orc. Yuss."
