The Garden by the Golden Bariaur Inn

A new frequent visitor or rather a gardener visits daily in the garden which resides not far from the Golden Bariaur Inn of the Ladys Ward. She is a tall woman of whom the most distinctive feature is her milk-white eyes and it doesn't take long to realize that she is in-fact blind, using a cane to find her way and adjusting to the different altitudes and obstacles before the steps despite her lack of sight. With her near always is an initially gruff looking man, but with closer glimpse he appears friendly in his own fashion even if constantly drawing puzzled looks from those around him as he speaks in very thick accent and outlandish slang.
For a couple weeks now the woman has been watering the plants, meditated and learned her way around it, and recently she's taken up the task to tend it entirely. Despite her clear crippling lack of sight the place appears to come to her as a second nature. Even her right hand which had appeared to be in thick bandage previously seems to have finally been healed and she feels through the flowers and plants softly, sniffs the odors to find out whether there's need to tend the plant.
It's quite a messy job as she checks the soil that it's properly watered without flooding or causing the plants to be draughted, just the right amount and it was the hard part as none of the plants came from Sigil originally and rather from many different planes and had their own requirements. Flowers from the Beastlands had a sweet odor to them, but also required constant care for they unlike Prime flowers had the desire for care, and that didn't mean simply water or cutting off dried parts for it was rather more akin talking and spending time with them. This behavior did draw out mixed reactions from people that witnessed it as well. There were also bushes from Arborea that required less attention.
Beyond the simple watering and maintaining she seemed to more actively improve the garden, by allowing the plants to grow along the walls, just enough for it to appear decorative, her eyes in this case being the gruff mans that follows her around as little as he wanted to. Similarly the pillars behind the benches she allowed to and even worked to get them curled with vines whilst the top wooden frames she guided to grow flowers on both sides. Still she kept the statue free of plants and the walkpaths clear and easy to maintain while making her own improvement to the atmosphere of this garden.
When she wasn't working she was meditating, those watching closely might even see her calling nature magic to grant the plants vigor, it wasn't strong magic she was at best a trainee, yet appeared to progress in it with a great pace and dedication.
