Quest to Return a Holy Sword

Arshes Azimuth stands in the Old Spirits Inn, trying to gather his companions that are willing to aid him on his quest. These individuals know he possess a sword from their last adventure and some have discuss with him what the sword means and whom it actually belonged to. He is trying to gather those that will aid him in finding the owner of the blade known as Valor. He tells the individuals the blade was made from a celestial and suggests going their first to ask them more about it.

Ayesta Whitemeadow, having heard of Arshes' call for aid, approaches him later to offer her assistance.

A thin woman in a baggy no-color dress and a hood that completely covers her head ghosts into the common room of the inn. She furtively checks the room before approaching the servant of Heironeous.

"Hello, Arshes."

She folds her hands at her waist, looking up at him expectantly.

Chant comes to Pen that a celestial "ambassador" resides in the Lady's Ward, and is actually a member of the Guv'nor Faction in Sigil. Rumor has it he could probably reach a representative in Mercuria to arrange some kind of peaceful meeting.

Reaching him, however, is problematic - while possible, although it could take up to a year of interviews to do so. Sigil Bureaucracy at work.

Unless certain palms are greased in advance . . . . . . .up to 25,000gp worth of greasing.

There is, of course, the option of simply trying to track him down and confront him, as well.

Those are not the only options available, either.

Arshes spoke to a Astra Deva about the sword. The angel didn't know the maker or whom would be one. Though after a long discussion the angel said that she would ask some individuals around about the sword and about Arshes ancestor.
