A confusing sign

Nenir is standing by a rather large sheet of paper he has written out and posted in the market.
"Needed some way to shrink this heavy sword down so I may drink while holding it. I would like to keep my paladin hood though I am not sure what that is exactly. Perhaps someone can explain that to me would be nice. I must say it is a rather large bread cutter and hard to spread butter with also adds an odd taste when used. Are their other ways I can use this? Swinging it around sounds like work and rather barbaric, perhaps I can make it into a stylish hat. If can help please contact"
About there he ran out paper.
