Suddenly Hive tavern keepers begin to deny drinks to anyone not recognized as a Hiver – even denying their services to former Hivers who have since moved onto better lives. When asked why, they offer shifty, uncertain replies, their expressions betraying fear before they call their bouncers to escort non-Hivers to the door.
Meanwhile the streets are now being patrolled by Doomguard soldiers who watch everyone with contempt. A large group stations at each entrance to the Ward, and harasses anyone who tries to enter, demanding tolls for admission and services. Recognized Harmonium are greeted with outright hostility, drawn weapons, and very real threats of violence and murder if they donÂ’t immediately leave the DoomguardÂ’s territory.
The Hivers have taken to this mobilization with averted eyes and careful ignorance, not wanting to draw the attention of whoever or whatever has instigated this new crisis.

Any new occupier, whether it be Harmonium or Doomguard will be targetted by those who follow Phoenix. Word is spread through Anarchist networks to reactivate all nearby cells and target those who attempt to strongarm control of the Ward. Firebomb them, snipe them, granade and ambush. They are asked not to relent until the occupiers pull out.

Doctor Powel, an old native Hiver and known healer, remains in the Hive Ward and tries to care for anyone injured in this sudden show of force. He calls for peace any time he runs across hostility, but doesn't outright seek these conflicts.

The Doomguard soldiers disperse under the harrying efforts of PhoenixÂ’s forces, and remobilize a quick counter offensive which threatens to tilt the Hive into a warzone. The Hivers take refuge where they can to avoid the prospect of increased chaos and destruction.
Meanwhile a letter is returned directly to Factol Sarin.

The forces in question are operating on their own impetus and separate from the Doomguard body. IÂ’ve issued no order to occupy or mobilize within the Hive. Please treat them as independent aggressors, as theyÂ’ll not respond to my instruction, nor enjoy my protection.

For some reason, Namer Ravage didnt seem all that surprised her fellow Sinkers wanted to start trouble. She also wasnt that surprised that they were doing so against Pentars wishes.
She sat down and mused for a while on how to make this situation more interesting. She decided to make the situation worse for both parties by occasionally speaking random gossip about Hardheads speaking propaganda to make the Doomguard look better, and likewise, she naysayed the Sinkers so that people would hate the rogues.
She sat down with a look of content bliss as the debate went on. Soon the gossip mongers started to argue and one side sympathised with the sinker renegades while the other signed themselves with the hardheads.
She watched them start the brawl in the tavern escalating into a large rowdy argue untill they were eventually banned from thew tavern.
A content smile lingered on her face, she'd done her part for doom today.

The tavern keeper warily eyes Greencloak and his money, and looks as if he dearly wants to accept the coins. But instead he frantically shakes his head, his brow sweating a bit, and he calls for Greencloak to be immediately escorted from the tavern, despite his inflated payment. If he doesn't willingly leave several Doomguard Separatists come to assist the the bouncers.
However, before he's taken away Greencloak would note the tavern keeper nervously fingers a rolled parchment kept in his apron pocket.

Greencloak kept his mask visage up, his hidden eyes looking down at the note. He'd make no attempt to resist being made to leave.
As he left, the masked visage turned to the nearest person and ask openly:
"Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? Thats what its like to be a slave."
