A trading note near khazeets bar

The note is finely written in cursive ,and hung up around khazeets bar.
I Celdor Frosthead am looking for a bow with name Flame Volley ,or a gnarlthon bow. I am willing to trade my runed light hammer..this light hammer ,blinds ,silences and destroys the enemys wards.
((Hammer has +4 EB ,extra blude__ dmg , made of adamantine and DC 24 on dispell , silence and blindness.
