A new SIGIS sign is being seen around the public, it bears the common SIGIS logo as well as the name "Horizon" added to it, initially it may seem as a cheap peer product, but it actually merely refers to the author. On the other side of the sign is the carvings

"Cailynn Horizon, investigative journalist of the Sigils Independently Gathered Information Source. Providing as impartial news with as much truth as possible whilst retaining integrity of all participants.

The truth, as they say, is what you make of it. We all choose what to believe, and no amount of facts can change the mind of a person stubborn in that very belief. Find the truth that is within yourself, the truth no one can take from you. Listen to what others say, but do not let their words control you. Decide for yourself, what is truth and what is not. And do not be afraid to ask the question: "Is this person/faction actually a monster?" For often you will find, that things are not always as they appear to be.

On the said sign is now pinned a note underneath a small line saying "Working on;"

Cailynn Horizon, an average seeming woman with enters the Barracks and opens up the conversation to whomever is up there to meet visitors.

"Cailynn Horizon, investigative journalist of the SIGIS. Greetings! I would like to discuss with your investigators about the recent-ish bombings of the Khazeets and the three mercykillers within it. I have pertained some information and would like to cross-refence our findings to work together to unravel the truth with maximum facts and integrity!"

[*Midnight]

She is met by a tall man dressed in full plate and bearing an badge that marks him as A Measure 4. His head shaved completely bare he has a scar that runs down his face on the left hand side narrowly missing his eye. His appearance along with the air of quiet menace he exudes paints the picture of a perfect soldier.

"Take a seat citizen, someone will be here to take your statement shortly."

He turns to one of the Notaries.

"Fetch me Notary Noristant."

By the prompt she does take a seat, re-arranging her notes and writing implements as she waits for the said notary to make an arrival.

Kierisen's runner delivers a note to the woman when she is found in the Bazaar.

Miss Horizon,

I notice that you are working on a story about the events of the bombing at Khazeet's.  If you need an account of events to make sure you have the facts for your article, myself and Namer Ganjeel were the only officers that were conscious and alert during the entire attack.  I am also the officer tasked with the inquiry into what happened, and why our order was attacked.  I would be happy to assist with your fact gathering and checking so long as it does not interfere with the current investigations.  You can send word to arrange a meeting, or find me off duty and we can talk.

The Measure grits his teeth and sighs.

Taking a deep breath and shaking her head, she scribbles down notes on parchment "Well, I'll be around the Bazaar if you change your mind. Though I'll give you three things." three digits are pointed out of her hand and clenched one by one as she notes the things. "Three Mercykillers - Hiringman with Harmonium problems - Shrapnel bomb" the same three fingers are used as a finger wave as she packs her things. "Toodleloo!" She remarks energetically over her shoulder as she struts slowly toward the exit.

Noristant looks confused after the woman then gives his superior a LOOK ... that could have been handled better .... shall i continue my patrolls then ?

Perhaps thankfully he seems not to know enough about illthid to understand the look.

"As you were Notary."

[*Knolden]

Noristant enters the barracks the illithid being somewhat confused as to why he was pulled off patrol to take a statement but following orders as given.
