Vale enters the Barracks and passes a Letter to the Desk Sergeant stating it is of the utmost importance that the letter reaches the factol.
The Letter Reads as follows:
Honoured Factol.
A Certain Amir Neath, Factor of the Bleak Cabal wishes to speak with you redaring the Gatehouse incident and how the Harmonium plans to proceed with the whole affair. He States that without the Gatehouse the Cabal have nowhere to put all the Barmies and Lunatics that normally would end up in the Gatehouse care.
And he have suspicions that some of the Other Bleakers might have been infected with the Ailment that befell the Gatehouse inhabitants Earlier this Week.
