The Undren's Missing?

Iptai Haste the party along, She reserves though a good portion of magic not neading it to put a few axes in some demons. She stops just as view of the cave* "my bet is there gonna be expecting company Jall me and wuhi gonna wait, scout the cave, we'll wait for a signal" digs out a self made bomb and hands it to Jall, " might come in handy"

((you anticipated me for a jiffy, plaxy. jall was going to do the following before reaching the cave: ))

the scene unfurling in jall's mind stirrs her anxiety, starting to sweat beneath her robes and panting.

''no...stay calm...'' *she forces herself to even her breathing taking a few moments to meditate and calm herself as the other two slay any incoming fiends. with a last sigh and shiver she regains her bearings*

*before tracking she now turns to the hins and explains them that she saw five of the fallen gods of the undren's world, capturing them. those gods lost much of their powers, but cant be underestimated*

''iptai do you have any spell ready that would help with or against scrying? if not, i have means to cast mind blank from scrolls and such, but will last a quarter of hour each use, or 9 if we have to resort to the lesser version'' *she casts mindblanks on themselves*

''we must know if those overseers (the gods) have allies among the fiends here about. from now on you two will stay invisible *hands them a wand of invisibility each* untill we know more. also, if you have things that turn you into devil or demon be ready to use if we need a disguise''

''ahu!'' *wuhi nods and pokes herself with the invisibility wand, staying quite for the next minutes , renewing the effect of the wand ciclycally, hoping thefiends dont spot her*

*she casts mass mimetism on themselves (1h/lvl, CL of jall 13), thus would lead , following the tracks, to that cave by the lake of fire*

''let's go...'' *mutters darkly, gazing the tracks over , trying to stay focused on how to defeat the five and save the three, instead of worrying*

*upon spotting the cave , renewing the short lasting wards along the way, she'd observe what presents to the trio outside that cavern, thus she eventually scout foward, wary for traps, taking the offered bomb, iptai and wuhi waiting behind some rocks*

Upon reaching the cave Jall finds it oddly quiet. On entering she finds the actual cave empty though a portal reacts to Emmy's necklace as Jall draws close to it. In the portal the landscape looks broken and desolate with little more than a rocky path before them.

Jall would notice that Emmy hasn't been home the last couple of days. This is highly unusual and highly out of character for her.

The Mercykillers would like wise notice that Crys had not reported for duty in a couple of days.

Anyone looking for Saph would discover that she too has similarly disappeared.

For those looking for clues, they would hear from local tavern talk that The Undren's last spoke of taking down the challenges of The Abyss.

angry and nervous Jall listens to those tavern talks to garner more, but if ''taking down challenges in the abyss'' is all she gets she hastily calls for iptai, wuhi, kala and itsu explain them what's going. she of course has items belonging to emmy in her house, that may be used to scry , but she never relies on those means too much

Whoever Jall gets to scry for her would be blocked by some very powerful magic. The person would tell her it is very worrying. What could create such a powerful spell? Certainly not one individual. Who ever it was there was multiple people maintaining the enchantment to block them.

Khazeet would look confused, "They haven't come back yet? Those three together wouldn't be dropped by demons and devils. They had planned on coming back here within three hours time. I just assumed they got side tracked with saving some poor kitten. Maybe there are clues in the Abyss though some berk probably came along and collected the evidence."

* jall scowls , failing to stay calm, she feed her anger so not to fall prey of her fear for their safety , always being the worrywort when it comes to who she holds the most dear*

" abyss! That's very helpful!!" * sarcasm, being the place sorta infinite*

" if they told nothing more let's move!!"
*Says to those evetually going with her with a scoff, hurrying off to the abyss portal in the barracks. If no one was with her by that time, she' d go alone, giving khaz a clear note for her friends *

Iptai, consults with Jall before she rushes out into after someone alone. "Sis, don't rush. less we be looking for 4 people now.

Before heading out she prepares an assortment of Divine wards that would cover both and of course obligatory Protection from Evil.

as she prepares more. " lets meet on the stairwell there probably expecting us to come through the usual entrance" Her gate crashing studies kicking in."

Jall heads to the Abyss with Iptai and Wuhi. Upon jumping the portal and arriving at the gates they find Emmy's necklace lying on the ground. Emmy would never part with that as it's very important to her.

Iptai readies her self a weapon and slowly approaches the necklace, already warded at least the really long lasting ones. and slowly picks put the necklace before bringing it back to the group.

"this couldn't of been here for too long like khaz said if evidence probably would of been picked up by some berk I'm fairly certain you know the girls shoe size fairly well"
