Harmonium Help! Cary Hurt!

The Ghoul, Cary Wilkino, walks into the Harmonium office sniffing sadly. She stops at the counter looking up at the officer.

"Cary want to report an attack."

Cary goes about to describing Ravossel Megil'Rangui.

"She scream at Cary." *motions to herself to let the officer know that she is Cary.* "Cary thought there was mouse so looks to catch it and save woman, then when Cary not looking she cast healing magic at Cary and hurt me. Sigil not allow that stuff. All are welcome in Sigil. Please help Cary. Please?"

Cary looks up hopefully at the guard and wipes an arm across her nose catching any leaking fluids.

The man standing beside the desk gives an incredulous look at the ghoul then mutters something about everyone has protection under the law, mostly to himself. He takes down details, including the description of Ravossel Megil'Rangui and hands Cary a form for her to sign at the bottom

"This pretty much lets you know that we will look into the event as best as we can and that you are officially filing a formal complaint."

*Cary signs the paper with a surprising amount of dexterity.*

"Cary thank you."

*She waits to see if there is anything more to be done before taking her leave.*

"In a few days, you may or may not be contacted by someone within the Harmonium to further investigate your accusations. If it does occur, we ask that you answer all questions truthfully and that you should make yourself available. I suggest you hire consul, refer to the Guvners, if this incident goes to trail. Any questions? Good. Thank you citizen, have a nice day."

He collects the form and signs it himself. He takes out another, copies some information from the sheet he handed Cary, then files the sheet Cary signed away handing her a copy of the signed one.
