The strange, unattractive woman known as Roth Zgotar has not been seen in Sigil ever since she was observed outside the Foul Old Spirit talking to a tall drowess wearing wide pink ribbons as clothes.
It was overheard that the drowess bore a message from Lord Jach Sensbane, who requested to meet with the young woman as soon as possible. After consenting, Roth and the drowess were seen walking south from the Spirit.
