*Haffurr stands rather indignant in the corner of the inn. He's far too drunk to remember the name of the establishment he's entered but he knows well enough that he's killed enough enough bats in the basement to have some say in the realms of reality*

"Okay Muriel" Haffurr mumbles, "It be time ye fixed things around here".

As most folks in the area can tell, Haffurr is a dwarf. He's ornery, straight to the point and rather forward today.

"Muriel... ye an' me gotsta haves a talk"

He slams another big swig of ale into himself

" C'mere an' lookee this. "He says as he pulls a chair away from a table.

I cannae sit in these. Me legs are too short. Ye understand? Me no sitee! Yer tall folks can sit here. Yer orcs an yer demons an yer flayers... they cin all sit in these seats but not us dwarves. Ye haves heard of dwarves right? We caryy lots o' coin and likes spendin' it drinkin'. I'll tells ye this. We be hard pressed ta spend it in a place where we cannea sit.

I ask ye... nay... begs ya... make us sum chairs! Gives us a place ta sit in comfort while we hunt yer bats. PLease Muriel... We ain't be askin' much.

***ooc: I've played your mod all of one night but have noticed a lack of seating for dwarves in the first inn... is this able to be corrected? Thanks in advance***

***OOC: a surprising place for technical information. Right now, the sitting script used by the models is not friendly to the shorter races. This is one of many things being considered for a major update expected within the next two months.
***back to IC

Muriel sighs, having heard this argument oftentimes before. Yes, it would be nice, but somehow the cost of running a so-called "successful" inn doesn't allow the purchasing of chairs of all heights, and not every owner has to deal with a barmaid with such expensive demands. With the faintest of shrugs, she tosses some blankets on the floor, figuring that not only would they at least help a bit in making the dwarf more comfortable, but could also serve double-duty mopping up the mess usually left behind by drunken dwarves.

I know I tinkered with such things years ago and found one that would shrink the chair if you sat in it or enlarge it after being shrunk depending on race etc.

besides the morphing chairs would like the ability to move or remove chairs encase you drop something. Perhaps pick them up and swing them (maces look like bar stools if done right).
