Legal Trouble

An official suit has been filed by Neli la Meor, reviewed and stamped by Guvners as legally binding and completely legitimate. The prepared suit is sent to the Kalina, heir of the "Sensbane" estate. With it, is a perfect copy of Jach's will - a certain section has been highlighted.

-Jach SensbaneÂ’s Corporation inside Sigil, and the exclusive rights to using his name , will come under the absolute ownership of Neli La Meor. All of JachÂ’s employees in the city will now answer to her.


With it is an order to cease and desist in the official using of "Sensbane" name and the strict nullification of those "Adopted" under the same name.

A financial claim is also attached, for the unlawful use of "Meor property."

Kalina snorts when she receives the documents. "Does she really want to play this sort of game with me? Everyone knows that this means she can use the name for business purposes. What, am I supposed to give my children another name? Hah!" Kalina laughs, shakes her head, and then proceeds to show the claims to the other Sensbanes.

She looks over the documents Kalina hands her briefly and with watery eyes.

"I don't... I don't understand her... I bet if I got Jach to clarify all this in the spirit world with a witness it would be absolved. Cratten is a hardhead and also walks in the spirit realms. He could come with me for the talk... but... maybe we can just all talk this through..."

Rambling and distraught Gwyn finds herself with less and less understanding of the woman she had once loved.

Guvner representative Pondak Cruvenus steps in to make statement concerning this case.

"It is true the Fraternity of Order has stamped this very document as legitimate, any speculation of Fraternity of Order having personal dislike or their feelings mixed to the case are denied, this will be brought to trials for Judges to determine in later dates, unless Neli La Meor wishes to pull back the lawsuit.

Nothing has been decided yet as to how to proceed, this is naught but another law case in the history of Cage, spare us of your opinions and wait for the trials.

Thank you that is all."

Pondak Cruvenus marches back to the Court without replying to any questions asked.

Guvner representative Pondak Cruvenus steps out to make public statement once more.

"The Fraternity of Order has been now announced that this lawsuit has been pulled back. No further legal matters will be pursued on the matter and no trials will be held.

I will not answer further questions, thank you, that is all."

He once more gets back to the High Court.
