This information is not publically known but is heard in various circles of the undead. This is a work in progress as the property is currently being built and members being brought in. Feel free to RP what you think your characters would know either here or in game. Please, no metagaming.

The Enclave: The Enclave is a Vampire commune currently under construction. It is a place where members can come and enjoy themselves, and their existence, without worry of judgement from the living and the moral. There are regular members, able to come and go, and there are Coven Leaders who have access to more permanent residential features.

Group headquarter: The Enclave is built below the streets of the Hive. It is hidden away from prying eyes through a combination of magic and misinformation. Those in the know can track it to a small storefront like any other dotting the Hive. It is large and inviting insideÂ… but only to those who are welcome.

Goals: As of now the goals of the Enclave are to bring together Vampires, to give them a place to be themselves and to rest out of the sight of those who do not understand them and those who would hunt them. It is a place of elegance, comfort and depravity. Goals will change once they decide a direction on what they wish to influence.

Founder/ Leader: The Family Nokomis founded the Enclave and initiated the construction of the property. They also began formation of a Coven to maintain control over it. So far the Coven has 5 members. There is room for 3 more.

Suggested Alignments: Evils and Neutrals. As a Vampire stronghold it is assumed that the goings on inside can be quite dark and depraved. This isnÂ’t to say that Neutrals cannot find a place there only that they might have to ignore much of what transpired. Those of good alignment would quickly find themselves in an uncomfortable moral situation.

The Enclave also houses other undead of a lesser status and power. They will also accept Lichs and Deathknights so long as said creature does not portray themselves as superior to the Vampyr's who call the place home. Other lesser undead are maintained as guards and such. The current leader of these lesser undead is a Ghoul by the name of Rsh.

You wouldnÂ’t know it from the surface but there was a large project underway just below the streets of the Hive. Workers were busy hollowing out and expanding areas of rock and tunnel in an effort to build what their client required. At the moment it looked like little more than a mining and masonry operation with workers moving about completing the tasks they needed to do. In the midst of the organized chaos walked a woman clothed completely in white silks with hair as white to match. It was obvious that she was not one of the workers and was most likely the client. She moved about the area very quietly, an unnatural silence indicative of some varieties of undead. She did not interfere, she did not mingle and she did not talkÂ… she simply watched.

As if the workers didnÂ’t have enough pressure on them, all they needed was the presence of Vampyr silently watching them toil.

As construction continued, the quiet observer was seen more and more within the Hive. Those with a close eye on the dirty streets would speak about the ‘Woman in white” who would appear from time to time on the unpatrolled streets and alleys. She would be seen moving with an unnatural ease, loose robes and cloak made of pristine satin and silk, skin and hair a pale porcelain white, no hint of fear… no hint of caution to local danger. Sometimes she would be seen speaking with local gang leaders, sometimes she was seen speaking to local shop keeps, other times she was seen speaking quietly to lone citizens, a blank stare upon their faces, only to depart with them… and then never to return.

People tended to look the other way and depart when she came through, worried theyÂ’d end up face to face with the woman who was thought to consume men.

As construction progressed, Dani appeared at site more and more. She however, began to display impatience with the pace of the construction. She didnÂ’t take it out on the workers but it was apparent in her mannerisms and her dialog to anyone who spoke to her.

It was also apparent to her siblings should they observe her on one of her trips to the site. They knew when Dani got impatient and was left to manage her mood on her own, things often took a turn for the worse.

Cornello would approach the site with crossed arms watching the men on their breaks wondering who gave them permission, watching them fool around now and then asking himself why they are even being paid. he would not act out upon them or bring it up to the contractor but he would make mental notes of their faces, and form plans within his mind for when they were finished

Upon taking sight of his sister he would move to her side and walk with her his voice low as he spoke They take too long. and it annoys me. if we were back home this would have been done already... When this is done and over with we will need to speak to the Forman and his Goons and see how we can repay them for our time lost.

she would watch them, staying out of their way and idly reply

"Is that wise given who they work for, brother? I would advise against it"

Since the very beginning of the works, uneasiness had been a constant presence within the construction site in the Hive, and the Nokomis would easily notice it hadn't only to do with their persons.
It takes nothing, in fact, to understand that, aside from the golems used for heavy lifting and security, all the "living" employed in the construction seem to have no idea where they are currently working, and they all seem to share the same story: hired on some Prime with regular contract, paid in advance, moved on site later without any further information except what they needed to know to complete the work.
If questioned, they wouldn't be able to give a consistent description of who hired them either, as if different groups had been approached by different persons completely, none of which would match with the real Contractor or any of his usual employee who also give the name to the construction company the Nokomis had hired for the job.

Nonetheless, the construction have proceeded at steady pace, despite the excavation being tricky due to the presence of water nearby. Soon the rooms take shape and most of the work seem to revolve around their finishing and decoration, furniture seeming to be the last step.
It is as the place approaches its completion that changes on the manpower start to become visible: golems that are not needed anymore are dismantled on site directly and removed along with the rubbles and other scraps, while the other workers slowly start to disappear one by one, not to be seen ever again in the Cage. Those remaining would tell they had been simply been returned to their homeland, and even if it's clear they want to believe it is the truth, there's still some lingering doubt.

Still, despite the growing frustration of the Nokomis family, no delay has occurred during the construction: the one month deadline they agreed upon when paying their fee is being respected in full, and there's the receipt to prove that. If they thought a month was going to be too much for immortal beings to wait, they probably should have told that immediately.

Should they still want to complain about something with the Contractor, they better find some real reason to do so.

As it neared completion, Dani began to settle and relax. Those that knew her understood she wasn't like most immortals. She didn't register eternity like most and her mind still tried to maintain the time passing as a mortal. It's why she was, well, for lack of a better term, insane.

This would pass, like it always does, another week and she wouldn't even remember. Such is her existance.

Seeing her sister's agitation, Pandris makes it a point in her day to calm down Dani and reassure her that everything is going correctly, according to schedule.

Pandris is working to contain her own excitement about the near completion of their lair.
