"Either way..." murmured the huntress in response, leather-clad shoulders lifting in a small shrug before quite promptly falling in the sleet of downpour's grime. The torchlight at Taigh's exterior danced defiantly in spite of such, however, unstifled by fog in the midst of the Hive. "What it comes down to is this: he can either cooperate transparently, an' we can work together with a common goal in mind, or we can waste that energy on fighting one other rather than th'real..." the words trailed off with a small frown toward the nearby door, attention snagged for a brief moment by keen verdant gaze. The warrior, clad in fabrics of tartan blue, noticed her trailing off and thus directed his attention toward the destination of the blonde woman's own glance - "Wha'?"

From the door, emerald hues flickered over the surrounding area; the curve of ears rounded, but pricked to the attention of sound with precision. The slight hunch of frame came habitually, a crouch born of reflex that coaxed the woman toward notch in the door's surface and the muddy scrap of parchment soaking in nearby puddle. Long lashes, russet brown, squinted toward the mark on the door, the heavy step of a leather-clad taken closer for the brush of scarred digits over the mark; movements chased by the gaze and furrowed brow of the Rashemi. "Must have been pinned..." she muttered, noting the indentation with an appraising eye and the theft of precious metal that had already come to pass. With a thoughtful hum painting bronzed lips, Odette proceeded to extract the mucky piece of parchment from cobblestone puddle. "Ah, grand. Notes," came the wry exclamation from Kelth's direction, slitted pupils following the delicate pry of damp parchment.

The scan of inked text was brief under the scrutiny of the woman's gaze, a muttered "tsk" the sound that was uttered with the thin of bronzed lips. Shaking her head slowly, golden strands of hair slicked by downpour, Odette proceeded to offer the scrap of parchment in the warrior's direction with a somewhat knowing look; one laced with thoughtful contemplation that lingered even upon entry to the mercenary longhouse.

A messenger delivers a note to Taigh de Cáth, the note seems to have Harmonium insignia emboded in it. It's addressed to Kelth or Odette, it didn't appear important as to which from the outside.

I have an urgent matter which we need to discuss and soon. I would prefer to discuss the topic in person, which is also reason why I am disinclined to share the exact nature over letter.

PS. Don't kick out the pest yet. They are required.

Peace through might,
Notary three, Nica Brianna Kelter

The rap of knuckles upon the wooden surface of Taigh's heavy door drew the Huntress from smithy and the careful, precise grind of blade to stone with sharpen. Wiping golden brow with greasy cloth that was flicked back over shoulder, the disheveled blonde heaved the oaken bar from metal holster to greet the messenger and thus accept the letter onto her person. With the break of seal and scan of contents, Odette nodded to the courier; bidding him enter and follow so that she might pen reply and make use of returning service.

Thank you for your missive. I will make conscious effort to seek you out as soon as possible within the next fourty-eight bells. Any further correspondence, should it be needed, can be delivered to the Taigh. Your request has been heeded, at present. Talk soon.

Ann an sìth, chaithris.

The response, written in the scratchy cursive of a feminine hand in the dark ink of nibbed quill, is quite simply bound with twine and secured with wax emboss of wolf with jagged teeth.

* The warrior had to hold back not to punch the red-haired woman in the face, despite her offering him to do such right then in there in the Taigh...she had the nerve to ask, no, enforce this situation upon them? after Odette lend her coin for her own home? after showing her around in their hall? *

Scrawled upon yellowed parchment and bearing the official wax seal of The Reforged Blade Mercenaries, a public notice is swift in it's distribution throughout the City of Doors. Notice boards, lampposts - even the Taigh's own front door - each bear statement written in the scrawl of leadership's feminine hand.

On Third Market of the Pivot, a rather bulky wooden crate is delivered by a team of messengers at the Taigh, addressed to Marshby Lance.
They would require him to sign a delivery receipt before leaving the nearly three meters long and exceptionally heavy package in his care, which seems to be accompanied only by a note:
