From cottages to castles, we will work with you to build your dream or you can choose from our existing floor plans. When working from existing blueprints, we will work with you in crafting a home with a personal touch.
We also work to create comfort for customers who are outside of "human standard" dimensions. Need a lava bath rather than a water pool? We will work with you!
Our blueprinted cottages begin at just 15,000 gold. Customized homes are 5000 gold for a nine meter by nine meter square for areas ten "tiles" and below. Castles and larger structures begin at 7500 gold per area and maximize at 10,000 gold (per tile) depending on complexity and special needs ((OOC: special scripting, high intensity of placeables, long creation time due to complexity of design. Special note: I do not script. Please provide needed scripts for your items. In addition, to my knowledge, personalized banners are not permitted.))
