The Iron Tusk

Members must be orc blooded in some manner.

The Iron Tusk is an orcish wartribe from Nishrek who's leadership formed in conjunction with Syndicate and Cartel activities in undersigil many moons ago. The Iron Tusk has based itself between Undersigil and the Hive ward in recent times and depending on what plots and story lines it is involved in it tends to muscle it's way back and forth where it needs to be.

Home is Nishrek and the tribe has it's territory through the Nishrek portal and somewhere just over the nearest edge of the great cube in a land filled with craters and notably marked by a crashed Scro spalljammer jutting out of the surface. Their fortifications are built spiralling down into the surface of a crater in Nishrek's surface which appears to have been created mostly by mining down into an already existing cavern complex.

Historically the tribe on Nishrek was the tribe of Gorga, a Warchief who served Gruumsh directly and sent some of Nishrek's most brutal champions out into the planes, via Sigil, to answer the prayers of suffering orc tribes who needed aid in defeating self riteous paladins, humans, elves and dwarves who had taken it upon themselves to victimise poor orcan folk trying to survive on the primes.

Vorgazar is the current Warchief of the Iron Tusk, Gorga's son. The Iron Tusk was already existing as a small company in Sigil until Gorga's death and then when Vorgazar sized control of his father's tribe and lands on Nishrek after his death by Hobgoblin assassins from Clangor. The Nishrek Tribe took on the banner of the son and the Iron Tusk's numbers became a full tribe from that point on.

The Iron Tusk Banner is a red hand print, either in blood or paint or a mixture of the two.

Iron Tusk members are often Free League associated due to allegiences, trade relations, history and a strong dislike of being told how to think or what to do although there is no restriction, Iron Tusk orcs could be members of any faction.

Internal fighting is expected, especially for status and dominance and there is only one law in the Iron Tusk and that is the Law of Strength. If you have a dissagreement, punch it out and the winner has their way. The looser should generally accept this and move on because holding on to a lost battle and trying to control that which is above your strength would show a mindset built around sneakiness and cunning which is greatly looked down upon and will likely result in the whole tribe turning upon the individual.

There is no shame in defeat, just the acknoledgement that you are below the individual who beat you down.

The Warchief has spent a lot of time bringing in blood from the planes and breeding, crossbreeding and experimenting with orc bloodlines. The Tus'Kor, his elite troupers are often seen wearing red and black armour many of which are ogrillions.

Old members are always welcome back and new members can be rolled up as orcs straight from Nishrek, Undersigil or the Hive or look to be recruited to the tribe as orc blood from some prime or another.

Seek out the Warchief and he will likely accept you with open arms.

Current allegiences are to Maelfina and the House of Six fingers. There is a plot unfolding where existing Iron Tusk orcs and newly rolled up ones will gain the opportunity to play their part in taking a new territory, invading a layer of the abyss and working with the non orcs involved.

Refer to the House of Six Fingers thread for more detail.
