Having spent his first 500 years soaring amid the lower peaks of Mount Celestia, Junathoraxis arrives in the Cage by Mysterious means. The young dragon can be seen soaring over Sigil, perching upon its steadier structures, curiously observing its Denizens and learning of the spectrum of planar wonders offered by the greater Multiverse.
