While the completed 'jammer sits idle in the drydock, awaiting the delivery of the most crucial component, another large workshop is cleared out for work.

Lectures continue on the various theories and practices of spelljammer design, with specialists invited to speak particularly on the merits and drawbacks of various designs of mobile turrets or weapon-moorings. The unique design of the weapon pods of the elven Doombat are used as a template for the discussion, with thoughts for their improvement solicited from all comers with viable ideas.

Factor Sixthfinger supervises the proceedings, making contributions here and there with points on weapon design, but by and large remaining in the background to keep track of good ideas and who they come from.

((Again, any Godsmen that want to contribute ideas to these projects are more than welcome to post here :P))

S'tha hardly sits still the moment the project is opened to them. The small reptile, hat cocked properly, scowls and barks orders at more than a few individuals that they do not, in fact, have the authority to bark at. Regardless, the kobold's suggestions are devoid of personal ego and tend to turn out for the better when followed, they're largely careful security measures and reinforcement of at-risk materials. Largely unawed by the Spelljammer itself, S'tha's focus appears to be on the drydock, constantly evaluating hinges and suggesting different materials for a retracting roof. This continues long past the official completion date, the scaled tinker always seemingly finding some mechanism associated with the docking lacking.

"Prettying up flying machine pointless if it simply smashes into the roof. Entertaining but expensive symbolism. Yes."
