An Aberrating Poison

jall met kazuko the bleaker. she looked awful, even more depressed, and pale than she used to. comes out she's been poisoned with a magical toxin, since no standard healing or healing magic seems to work.
furthermore, her arm looked bubonic, plagued, blackened tissue at its centre. kazuki disclosed the poisoned bolt was fired by cultists in undersigil, tharizdun ones.
suspecting what it might entail, jall tested a cerulean sign on the arm, which reacted positively by causing sharp pain in kazuko.
the poison seem to weaken her, cause her nightmares, and she feels like if her body is changing. she's too fearful to sleep.
jall first most obvious guess is that the poison will turn her in some kind of aberration being, possibly linked to the will of the dark god.
nonetheless, she'll analize the tainted blood kazuko bottled for her.
she is not a medic, thus she is unsure how to treat kazuko's arm.
she will wear mask, gloves, and such safety measures to avoid contamination, in her laboratory at the foundry, beneath an aspiration conduit to change air.
she spill some blood in a vial and let it rest, waiting to the blood components to deposit and separate in layer, perhaps the poison will emerge, separated from the plasma and other blood components.
another droplet of blood she pout on a glass disk and see what happens if a cerulean sign is cast upon it, and exposes it to something that radiate lawful energies, like axiomatic brass.

that said she'll follow the known procedures usually used for toxicology ((since i dont really know them i'll stick to alchemy skill, mod of 34 with buffs and items to improve it. she'd take 10 or 20 if possible in this istance))

Wearing a mask proved to be judicious as soon as the blood was extracted, it started to smell horribly. As the blood separated, she could see distinctly that it was it seems to be two kind of different blood mixed together, one was darker and reacted when the Cerulean sign was used and started to dissolve, the effect was even amplified by the axiomatic brass.

She pours more samples of aberrating blood and tests some standard healing spells on it: remove disease, remove poison, heal wound, Heal, restoration, greater restoration, remove curse.

Conversely, she'd try a wounding spell as well, to test how negative energy act upon it. same for elemental energies.

Next step she'll try to dehydrated another sample of aberrating blood and collect the dried residues if present.

Another test will be mix the normal and aberrating blood togheter again and observe if anything occurs.
