Having only recently returned to the Cage, Tobiah is seen spending more time in the taverns near the Shattered Temple, persuading Namers to part with rumours about the present state of activities with friendly conversation and judicious use of his Athaon's badge. He seems particularly interested in the names of any city-active Factors or influential Factotums associated with more peaceful and Good-oriented approaches to Athar beliefs.

tobiah might have heard of a godsmen factotum halfling had visited their temple recently. he likely met her in the past, but she wasnt a godsmen back then. Jall the name, found out perhaps not hardly if he inquired about his fellows. how the visit ended is maybe not clear yet, but she came in friendliness, that much could be said.
