Communication to Shattered Temple

A skeletal courier appears in the Shattered Temple early one afternoon, bearing a second letter from Chardon. The courier waits patiently to be seen, then delivers the letter and stands patiently, waiting for a response.

Dear Kathir or Whom It May Concern:

It has been some time since we spoke in the Great Bazaar.  Have you brought the requests for my membership and assistance with my plans to your Factol?  I am eagerly awaiting word that I can press forwards.  However, I can only delay so long.  I would like the assistance of the Faction on this but cannot wait forever.
