A message arrives at the Gatehouse from the Harmonium. Apparently they have taken into custody someone they believe to be mentally unstable and would like the opinion of an expert in this field before deciding the exact charges and referring it to the Guvners for prosecution.

*Zilvai makes a stop at the desk, checking over the files after her long sleep and exhausting night from yesterday. She then holds the mentioned file and lofts a brow. Taking a new bit of paper she begins to write upon it.*

Having previous experience with this man, I would take it upon myself to examine this man for any traits of insanity.
