she looks around ''yeah i'd had imagined fire skies and rivers of lava eating on civilized lands, but perhaps we're in a quiet spot, or it is yet too soon for the real feast.''

''and i have no f***ing idea what direction. what was that place we'd have to check, again? ''

shivers, then takes out a flaming warmace which she handles tad clumsily, but it sure amuses her for the size and force that it can hit with

- A mountain named Bright Sentry supposedly. It could be on the other side of the prime for all we know. I suggest we continue until we find something that can provide those directions.

"Very well, let's do things the traditional way then." and he kicks his steed into a gallop, choosing a direction with the sun at their backs ((unless its noon of course ;)))

They enter through the portal and into a world of green fields sunshine and bird song, a world that is entirely different to Sigil, a word where they are the clueless. They find themselves on a dirt road the plants to each side of them ordered into neat rows with spaces in between each one. Those amongst them from primes would recognize them as rows of corn and this as agriculture, those who have spent their lives in Sigil would unfortunately have no comparison to draw from. Up ahead they would see a small farm house and scarecrows in the fields, oddly there are no farm hands tending the crops no horse pulling ploughs no people or animals at all, everything is eerily quiet.

The evil characters amongst them (//Who am I kidding they're all evil :P) would for a few seconds as they step through the portal sense a presence in their mind a malign sentience that calls them on in the direction they selected at "random"

ayase looks at the idilliac place

''what in the bleeding abyss is all this?? where are all the to-be-sacrifices?''

then turns to the others, pausing

''do either of you hears one voice more than usual in their mind as i do?''

"A voice no. But a feeling. Something drawing me yonder." he points in the direction of the sesation.

"The question is. Would it be wiser to head towards it or in the opposite direction?"

she shrugs

''i dont know, but who's causing it either had quick perception of finding us as soon as we stepped in or is doing so to anyone and anything that is somewhat attuned to it , meaning that other beings other than us may be lured to it. demons , perhaps. we're all a nice bunch of people after all''

looks around

''question is, do we need to meddle with this misterious entity to fullfill our mission? guess we can't know in advance. so i vote to follow it, unless further examinations reveal is better otherwise''

"A fair point. And i don't see that we will achieve anything by going the other way. Shall we investigate. With all due caution of course."

*He rode onwards as he spoke as he felt the pull* - Drink and drink deep! If this is the rapture of a dying world it's a rare sensation indeed.

*He looks to Ayase as he trotted forth* -Could be anything. A divine Power, a rift in the plane, a demon lord an ancient evil awoken form it's slumber. If we simply aim for retriving the body spliting up to spread the risk would be an option. How ever it lay in our interest to aid the source supposingly destroying this world. To align ourselves with whom ever set the demons loose would make our search easier both in terms of accessability and information assuming the oposition isn't a stronger factor. If it is possible of course. Not ruling out that the demons may simply be rending these lands on their own accord.
