The Doomguard Corven, garbed in his usual attire of elven chain, and armed with his sword and shield, has offered a note to the Doomguard with a request:
"It, even as a Maintainer, has found a single focus it wishes to progress in the cause for Entropy - it wishes a Doomlord to allow it the honor to use its body to forge a Blade of Entropy - seeking to destroy all remaining vestages of the Prime empire of Netheril. This includes its own self, and should the day come that it destroyed all other pieces of this ancient empire, it will then end itself with the very blade.

It will not rest, with the blade or without, until every last part of the Netheril Empire is removed from the multiverse, in a decaying, ending multiverse, it does not wish any vestage of this empire to exist in the Uncertainty before our next Kulpa, the next verse that will come after this one.

It humbly asks for this request to be granted, so it may further its devotion to the Doomguard and also destroy something worthy of destruction, along with any potential access to the strongest magics known to the Multiverse.

Sometime later, Corven receives a note in return. The paper is wrinkled and sooty and dated a week or two prior - perhaps it was entrusted to the wrong messenger. Regardless, it reads -
Lesser Doomguard Corven,

The time is not yet right for you to forge a blade of Entropy, but you have proven yourself a loyal devotee of Entropy. A true Doomguard. Come by the forge for your new badge.
