She kept listening to his hollow voice, her body relaxed and seemingly still in the meditative state he had found her, yet her feral eyes fully concentrated on his every move. His empty eye-sockets were no longer seeing as mortals do, and yet, they could sense a great many things more than they ever could before his ascension. Right now, for instance, they captured the full extent of her slow, yet inexorable progression towards becoming one with the Dead. A sensibly different path than his own, and yet one he knew all too well...

"...and this is why I offered my help on behalf of the faction. Now, you know what to do. It is time for the Sleeper to awaken."

She only nodded, her eyelids sliding back down as he glided away in his silent, spectral walk, a cloud of black silk in his wake. She was a creature of few words, a practical individual. She understood what was needed, and she would perform it as requested and required.

Inexorability was the way of the Dead, after all...

She waits in meditation more often than not, occasionally leaving her spot to only do what's necessary before returning to only continue the process once more.

When she does leave her progress would revert a bit, it's clearly something that's going to take time.
She does have hope that if She would make it a focus that perhaps the process would speed up over time.

Only time itself would tell...
