Following up with what they had agreed upon in the Mortuary Hasclaan waits for Emila in a small cafe' near the courts.

It is a place she knows him to visit during breaks and so he waits, sipping from his wine, reading the newest issue of 'Laws and Regulations'. Gone are his tattered robes, the necromancer wearing expensive dark silks under an elegant coat, his only visible weapon a dagger worn on his belt.

He feels as comfortable among the rich as he did among the rabble in the Hive, his eyes looking up from the paper to scan the surroundings for Emila.

Emila eventually joins him. Wearing a dark red gown with a long skirt, her hair tidy and a pair of emerald earrings match her eyes. She looks every bit the Lady's Ward noble woman. She sits herself opposite Hasclaan and waits for him to finish reading.

"So we have options. I think we would be best served using what we have learned to track down hunters individually. Catch as many as we can and make them react."

He put the paper away and greets her with a small but genuine smile

"A good idea. They might not like being the hunted, might get nervous. Of course they are good- so we need to be prepared for trouble."

Despite his words his grin gets broader, showing that he enjoy this challenge, this hunt.

Getting up he offers his arm to her- just a Lady's Ward gentleman inviting a noble woman for a walk.

"Lets hunt."

He will start to gather informations about the whereabouts of Sir and Lyra, asking where they have been seen, what people might know about them, hoping to be able to find them.

Of course he will lead Emmy to a quick visit at the courts, too, chatting with her pleasently while checking any records found for on two names- business licenses ot perhaps they have some property.

That is the thing. The two do not seem to have any property, yet many people speak as if they knew the pair well. Though, as you discovered before, they do not agree with each other's descriptions. The most helpful sorts point out, however, that they are supposed to meet either Lyra or Sir at one point of time or another.

Hasclaan will follow the trail the comventional way then, hoping to get lucky and to meet someone that fits the description.

Naturally Emila would go with him, and if they are lucky enough to have a time date or place where someone is meeting one or both of them, though preferably one she would try her best to be in the right time and place.

You have a few options:

- Both Lyra and Sir should appear in a party organized by lords Silverleaf (elf) and Winter (half-elf). You manage to confirm that they have been invited.
- There is an informal gathering at the Lady's Ward after the party. The two might appear there too.
- Lyra has been invited by lady Montilyet (human) and she should visit "any day now".
- A wealthy dwarven merchant, Hildegard Troff, says the two visit her store every now and then. She also sells some of the ingredients Hasclaan found in the homebrewed spirits.
- Sir has promised to meet a gnome scholar, Robin Underwood, within a tenday.

Thinking of their options Hasclaan adresses the Dustman.

"The merchant might give us a good opportunity to intercept them, don't you think? Less people around, less danger of inflicting collateral damage."
