To whom it may concern

It has come to my attention that one of our Factioneers has taken it upon themselves to spread our Faction's message in The Great Bazzar through the medium of Faction signs.  if this individual would make themselves known to me I would very much like to discuss raising the Faction's profile and spreading the message of true death.

Among the bustling busy hours of the Bazaar, a man; dressed as any other commoner but with perhaps ash-grey skin, would pause in the crowds to check the notice boards. He retains a passive expression on his face, reading from one article to another before moving on.

Those in the Bazaar may have noticed that the 'Preaching' done via the Dustmen banners has seemingly been halted. Although a broad shoulders figure adorned in dark armors wielding a scythe can sometimes still be seen mingling around or passing through.
