a few cycles ago the following would have been started processing permits in the system for one Lyra. It was only till (12/1/2017) that it would have been official. some of the following permits where not signed correctly by a fated agent on Lyra obtaining her property. Lyra had done her part as a citizen, but the Fated agent failed. Upon this error Anthea a Fated Namer would have payed for further permits of equal value for Lyra as legal compensation to remove any liability back to the Fated. Thus the Fated and Lyra should not be legally charged and processed by the Law of Sigil from events transgressed before a completion of fixing this error. These following permits where signed, dated, and processed into the system accordingly for one such Lyra (by Anthea) was now sent and delivered to her with a official apology statement and receipt in the parcel. The situation as delicate as it is, Anthea has decided to not approach Lyra on official Fated business further, and advises other Fated agents to use caution.

Permits for the creation and dealing in (open trading) Magical and Alchemical wares, and Poisons
