Cornello sat in the hall of records going over paperwork, looking over those who were under contract with the fated and the indeps to work int he bazaar for protection, his eyes keenly looked over which merchants hired who and what was the going rate they were payed, his eyes focused to those who were underpaid compared to the others. Over his research he recorded the names of the lesser paid mercs and who signed them on originally as protection in the bazaar.

((An attempt to do some leg Work looking at merc companies names that are under contract with the fated, also with who recruited them and forged their original contracts.))

It takes little difficulty to compile a list of 'licensed' contracts and who they belong to. It's easy to see that the Merchants who maintain long shifts and lengthy work days pay the greatest wages and maintain the clearest contracts. It's the cutters that come and go that pay the least. They're just looking for a quick guard, sell their wares, then head back through to the portal towns.

These Merchants rarely use the licensed mercs as it's a hassle to apply for contracts and such each time they come to the city. It's easier for them to simply hire a local berk and get out before the Fated notice.

He gathered his notes together storing them away in his tome. Cornello would then walk about the faction hall looking over those working like a wolf stalking prey. His would watch for any slacking Namers and spur them back to work, though more specifically he watched and waited for any Factors that might be off their game and not pulling their weight. he would mark notes in his tome as he continued through the halls eventually ending back into the room with contracts. he would go over the names of who signed the contracts with the merchants in the bazzaar checking if their was a specific factor or member of the Fated who Preformed over the others on the negotiations.
