Ezhris, despite being a fated himself, decided to go to the hall of records to fill out the paperwork necessary for a Business Permit as well as property permissions for a combined warehouse and storefront, preferably in the lower ward.
The official name of the business he would put down on the paperwork would be 'The Black Ring Courier and Sundries'
Business classification would fall under the following, "Couriers/delivery services as well as warehousing and commodities trading"
He would also file for permissions to run a mercenary company out of the same business. He would cite it as a way to provide protective services for his couriers and customers.

Ezhris would be familiar with how the Fated were known for conducting their permits and licenses process.
Thankfully since he was dealing with his own, the process was a bit more bearable. The namer at the desk for that cycle was lazily reading, trying to pass the time and boredom. Upon approached to drop off the documents, he accepted the paper work of the applicant and placed it in a folder that read "Expedient" to be sent by someone for approval.
