All available members of Fated are hereby to alter their priorities to find the culprit that has brought turmoil amidst us. All namers of the Fated are to submit to questioning and house search within Sigil by Harmonium as per legal decision of Guvners. They are not allowed to touch the archives, only Fated are allowed, but a Factor or Factol may overrule and give outsiders temporal permission.
Several of our members are dead, I want the one responsible captured and brought to Hall of Records in chains.

After some questioning some thing becomes apparent, most of those killed were single older men, and prior to their deaths some of their colleagues reported they had seemed unusually happy about something, like they had just unearthed a rare tome or something even more interesting.
One was seen in the company of a cloaked female walking in the Hive Ward, stumbling along like he had had a few drinks, the young, probably human, lady supporting him. She seemed to be supporting him with some ease indicating a woman of some strength.
