Three things are delivered to Factotum Oerthgrave's office tonight:

1)A strange dome.
2)A strange mechanism attached to a small fountain.
3)"Glimmering shard, spawn of sky now descended. Light's dwelling beckons from cups to keep", as the note states.

Inspired by the buildings Kree saw in Damara and their painted domes, she builds a similar design. In essence, it's a painted dome depicting the night sky with holes made for light to shine through and represent stars. The image is further enhanced by having woven illusory images into it, showing drifting clouds and the like as well as offering the sensation and dewy scents of being outside on a summer night. On the whole, it's a rather compelling experience and the dome itself is, according to Kree, made to be hung above one's bed to simulate sleeping under the open sky.

The second item requires some assembly and turns out to be a hydraulophone. An instrument using water pressure to produce sound when one pushes down the water jets. An unusual design, Kree has built something more akin to a fountain garnished with an assortment of twisted tubes to please one's sense of aestetics. A copy of this technological marvel was previously shown at the civic festhall.

Using the skills she first applied to the handshaped ice chair once on display in the festhall, Kree adds a lantern to the mix in the shape of a rose. The ice used to construct it has been tinted a deep purple, awaiting a candle to be placed inside.

It all comes with a letter from the artist herself:

"Infernal circles from the self to the other.
Stretched far beyond nows into after is this dream made truer by lustful wills. Lucid bones grown thick, thus this one adds the rod's gaze. As moments flow onward, around and between the rocks of trials do each stand as Kree would have it be.

~Immediately arranges for the artifacts to be arranged in her private quarters, within security both mechanical and magical.

Absolutely delighted, she signs a banknote bequeathing a bonus of twenty-five thousand jink to be delivered by secure courier to Kree, or, if she cannot be found, Hildmor.

Workmen grunt and curse (very softly) as she has them move the pieces about, trying to find the optimal placements for such wonders of art. Her mind, however, is on the letter in her hand and it's decryption, a task she hopes not to solve any time soon, embracing it's mystery. ~
