Namer Ada walks into the Hall of Records, and files a report into a cabinet.

Encounter at the Baazar. Five and a half hours to peak on Third Market of Catechism, 132Ha.

Encountered a Bladeling, who claimed to be called Factor Montgomery in association with the Festhall.

Physical Description:
Bladeling, Grey Skin. Wears a Breast Plate with no shirt and a skirt with no pants. Wears shoes and wrist covers. Outfit is classified as indecent.

Records to be added on Subject:
-Claims to be a Factol, will need to check this information for fabrication.
-Claims to have a licence for indecent attire. Will need records checked on this information.
-Any outstanding dues relating to the nature of this report are to be quadrupled for penal purposes

Has a tenday to pay the following fines:
-Vitriolic attitude to a Fated Representative (300 jink)
-Disturbing the peace in the Baazar (800 jink)

Note: Has already paid four hundred jink in dues for his records to be checked by members of the Fated.

((( OOC Notes: NPC Name - Aganju (DM Ancient controlling) )))

Ada then checks a Factol Montgomery's records (if they exist) to confirm his identity as a Bladeling matching the report's description (or someone known to travel disguised as a bladeling), as well as his licence for indecent attire.

Ada, after several days of attending to other business, returns to the Hall of Records to conduct her investigation. She adds the following to her recent file, along with its new date.

Bladeling subject is not Factol Montgomery. Subject is considered to be fabricating his identify, and is thus subject to the following fine:

Impersonating a Factol (3,000 jink)

In addition, this bladeling does not have a file, as they do not share Factol Montgomery of the Sensate's file. Therefore, they are subject to the following additional fines.

Indecent Attire (200 jink)
Deceit in regard to a licence for Indecent Attire (500 jink)

Satisfied, Ada places the file away and exits the Hall.

Any in the Hall of Records who heard of the inquiry into the file of Factol Montgomery reacted with much snickering. She hadn't REALLY thought the Factol of the Sensates looked like a bladeling, had she? They suggested Ada find a portrait of Erin Montgomery; surely the Festhall had them in abundance. The Sensate Factol was definitely not spikey.

They also might remind her that while a single fated tax collector could not collect more than 50 jink from a citizen per day, there might be other routes. Perhaps the bladeling's prank needed to be reported to someone. Or maybe that was too helpful. Sensates don't need help.

Maybe the Bladeling just needed to THINK he was in danger. There were possibilities there. . .

Ada would pay little attention to the snickers, and to any who remind her what Factol Montgomery looks like she would politely inform them that she considered the possibility of transmutation magic, polymorphing, and other like aptitudes in her investigation. She would acknowledge the fifty jink limit, giving all her peers who speak to her in a cordial tone thanks for their advice and largely ignoring any whom would seem rude or demeaning.

She then sits down, mulling softly to herself.

"What if I didn't collect the taxes from him. . .what if he gave the taxes to me?"

She then departs from the Hall for a time to gather her thoughts on the matter as well as to collect her daily tax amount.
