The Namers Cornello sent in search for the documentation would come back with some results on the person he was inquiring about.
Put to the Records under that name there are various licenses, dated 1st Guild of Capricious 131Ha, in specific: Running a Business, Operating a Merchant Stall, Loitering, Public Performance, Public Speaking and Private Investigator Services.
He would immediately notice that all the documents were redacted, signed and filed by Factor Rhistel Aidan, but the Namers had no problems in retrieving them nor were they stopped in their research.
Closer inspection of the documents would show that the signature of the licensed citizen, written in red ink, could be misspelled compared to the name the Factor has used to fill each license form.
