The Elder Tax Administrator looks solemnly around the table filled with Namers of ever shape, size, race, creed, and skillset. Welcome To the most important day in the Cage my colleagues. Tax Day! It is as much Ritual as it is Public Service. To remind Berks what they owe and how to properly pay up is your raison d'être for this day. He looks about the gathering once again. Letting his fiery eyes linger on each of them in turn. Now then. Each of you has been assigned different sections of the Cage that best suit your....personalities. Your Connections, your Pull and Power. He points at them each as he speaks a grizzled aged finger of a man who even in advanced age still burns with absolute passion for his work. Go forth and remember these words well. What is mine is mine. What is yours is also mine if you do not take proper precautions! GO! Taxes await!

With that the gathering rises from their chairs in a clamor heading for the doors. One happens to be a a certain Drowish Teifer, blood red hair and a sauntering style. She glances down at her instructions and reads them quietly to herself on the way out still groggy from the morning of meetings and preperations

Namer Kelti, No surname, You are hereby assigned to the taking of Taxes in the Bazaar. It has come to our attention that unlike a great many of our people you have maintained quite the presence in this area to which the Takers often find themselves less than well received. Therefor we leave this Vital duty to you. Go forth and Take the Fame that will come with successfully Collecting taxes in this place.

Well.....she grins wide This is going to be ever so much more fun that I thought it would be! giggles softly with fire in her eyes First coffee. Then I'll show them how its done!

At the end of the Tax day, Miranda Illdesserin, a long time dedicated namer of the fated leaves a report on the higher ups desk.

The report blatantly points out several acts of misconduct by name Kelti, some really minor and insignificant, one or two not so minor.

The infractions listed consist of.

*Improper and unprofessional dress code while conducting offical bussiness on behalf of taxation office.
*Collecting taxes with out identifying herself FIRST (Miranda notes the namer did provide her tag when requested however as per section 1 articale B of personal identification she did not identify herself before collecting the money

The above mentioned offenses are the two silly and minor ones, three major issues Miranda witnessed are listed next.

*Namer Kelti violated three rules of conduct involving the handling of taxes and over stepping her authority.
*First, a tax payer handed her the tax's owed and rather then immediately place them in a secure location she left them exposed to the public which resulted in the currency being exposed to a caustic substance which dissolve the money. The name then filed the tax payers status as "unwilling to pay" even though he did hand her the tax's owed.
*The Namer Kelti also attempted to fine the same tax payer, clearly overstepping her boundries of the tax vs fine clause established between the traids.
*The namer was also reckless in the safe keeping of the taxes by failing to travel under any kind of escort, not even a single accompanying fated member or witness.

Miranda does note that the tax's that were destoryed were dissolved with a caustic substance BY the very same person who had paid them, but also states that had namer Kelti secured the mans tax's immeditaly as per her training should have taught her then there would be no issue, and she states again that the man involved did indeed pay his tax's but it was the namer who failed to keep them safe.

*Miranda is just a simple namer, a clerk in the fated, she has been for almost four years and is actually happy with her position and serves the fated with dedication

Should Rhistel come across Miranda report he would carefully examine it.
Long time had passed since he last took care of tax collections on the streets of the Cage, and although he had never met this specific namer before, he was sure they had a Factotum supervising their work: he could not exclude it was them who instructed this namer on such conduct, afterall, he had seen different ways of... getting the job done, during his stay at the Hall (although he was not sure what happened could fall in the category "job done"....).

Anyway, the Factor was still among those who would agree with all the points mentioned in Miranda's report.
He'd rather have their namers do their job in a way that left no room for any legal action against them, and for this, a proper conduct while on duty was needed.
He didn't want any of the Triad to rightfully stick their nose in their doing, afterall.

After checking whether any of the Factotums were already aware of the issue, he decided to ask Namer Kelti to meet him at the Hall during his office hours.
She seemed committed enough, and all that energy could surely be of use to the Faction... once properly channelled.

After her successful meeting with Rhistel Aiden she sets about the work of filing the proper receipt duplicates, turning in her logbook verification and assessment and dividing up all taxes based on payee then totaling and deducting and further accounting and verification a somewhat long and tedious process but she does so with glee as she watches the beautiful little piles of jink move about on the table as she scribbles away.

((Using this as a place holder till I can get the Tax records formatted properly for all to see! Please standby hehe! and TY again for all the great RPs from everyone who I had a chance to interact with!))
